Create an Account and Log In to the Department’s Online Portal With the most recent legislation residential associations three habitable stories or higher in height are now required to complete a Structural Integrity Reserve Study by December 31, 2025. Filers may want to perform a test run to ensure that they have the information necessary to complete registration because the Department warns that “once you click on the menu option, the information you inputted will not be saved until the form is completed. If you exit the form early, the information entered will be lost and you will have to start again.”
Associations do not have to file with an attorney, and likely will not need an attorney to navigate through the form.
