Mary C. Arpe
MARY C. ARPE is a partner with Gelfand & Arpe, P.A. Ms. Arpe’s practice emphasizes employment issues. Ms. Arpe is licensed to practice in the Federal Courts in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Arpe is a member of the Employment Law Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association and its Florida chapter and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar.
Ms. Arpe has been involved in community activities for many years. She has been on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the United Way of Palm Beach County, and is the chair of the United Way’s Impact Area on Seniors. She has served as President and Vice President for the Nelle Smith Residence For Girls, Inc. She is on the Palm Beach County Literacy Coalition Board of Directors, where she serves on the personnel committee. She and Mr. Gelfand were awarded the 1996 Children’s Advocacy Award given by the Legal Society of Palm Beach County, Inc. and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. In 1999, Ms. Arpe was a nominee for the Wachovia/Jr. League Woman Volunteer of the Year award.
